- Multiple incidents in airports involving TSA mistreatment of children and adults
- TSA officers placed on Houston metro buses; Interogation and alleged bag-searches of passengers
- Congressman harassed by TSA inspectors
- NYPD raids Occupy activist homes in obvious attempt to intimidate
- Rand Paul calls for petition to end the TSA
- FBI demands backdoors be built into online services and applications to allow them to ‘wiretap’
- Underwear bomber nabbed due to good intelligence rather than draconian TSA procedures; Doubtful we’ll adjust our approach to reflect this
- NYPD making use of Stop-and-Frisk procedures in record numbers
- Rumors of Dept. of Homeland Security preparation for civil unrest or ‘civil war’; Elements within DHS proported to be faciliting it
- Proposed Federal Bill to ban employers from demanding access to social networking accounts (some good news for once!)
